Children's Day Celebration - St. Joseph’s School, CBSE, Vital Mallya Road, Bengaluru, celebrated Children’s Day with great enthusiasm on November 14, 2024, honouring the 136th birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. The celebration began with a prayer and hymn, followed by a heartfelt tribute to Chacha Nehru. Various fun-filled and creative competitions from Pre-KG to Class 12, such as colouring, clay modelling, collage, leaf painting, best out of waste, comic strip and poster making, and cooking without fire gave students an opportunity to showcase their talents. A special highlight of the day was the presence of the Student Council as the chief guests, with the Head Boy and Head Girl sharing fond memories of their early school days. Teachers added joy to the occasion with their lively performances. Our Principal, Rev. Fr. Melwyn Anil Lobo, encouraged students to discover their talents, remain joyful, and grow holistically. Ms. Clarin highlighted that children are not only the leaders of tomorrow but also the thinkers and changemakers of today. The day concluded with smiles, laughter, and cherished moments that celebrated the joy and innocence of childhood.
