Admission Procedure for CLASS XI for the Academic year 2026-2027 will commence on 08 December 2025.

• The E-application forms will be available on the school website from 08 December 2025 to 21 December 2025. Download the application after filling in the requisite information. NOTE: - Application forms will NOT be issued in the school office.
• The applications will be available online ONLY on the above-mentioned dates. No offline processing of the application form and payment will be accepted in the School office. Application forms will not be issued after the last date and enquiries or requests regarding the same will not be entertained.
• The application forms are available online at - www.sjscbse.edu.in
• Fill in the basic details and pay an amount of Rs. 500/- online to register and access the E-application form.
• There will be no refund of the paid application fee for any reason.
• Duly fill in all the information in the E-application form. It is mandatory to provide the name of the company/organization of the parent.
• On clicking the submit button after filling out the form, a soft copy of the application with an e-application number is generated.
• It is MANDATORY to Download the application and submit the HARD COPY along with relevant documents (listed in annexure-1) at the School registration desk from 10 December 2025 to 22 December 2025 as per the schedule given below:

Note: The hard copy of the applications will NOT be collected on Sundays, Second Saturdays, and Government Holidays.
• Kindly fill out and submit the E-application form only ONCE. Duplicate applications will be rejected.
• Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• Admissions are NOT on a first come, first serve basis.
• Submission of E-application does not guarantee/assure a seat.
• All the shortlisted applicants must attend the entrance test for specific subjects for the application to be processed.
• The status of the Application will be announced in the application portal (Schoolphins) and an email will be sent by the last week of February 2026.
• The preliminary interview and interaction for admission of the shortlisted candidate must be attended by both the parents as well as the candidate. Failing to attend the interview will disqualify the candidate from the admission process.
• Seats for Class XI are limited.
• Parents are advised to apply for admission at other schools as well.
• Any enquiries about admissions in person will not be entertained.
The following documents must be submitted along with the duly filled application form at the school registration desk for it to be processed:
a) Copy of the Class IX Final Marks sheet duly attested by the respective School Principal.
b) Copy of the Class X Periodic Assessment - 2 / Half Yearly Examination Marks sheet duly attested by the School Principal.
c) Birth Certificate of the candidate issued by the Corporation / Competent Authority with the candidate's name on it.
d) Original Transfer Certificate after confirmation of Admission.
e) Caste Certificate specifying the category of the applicant (wherever applicable).p>
f) If the applicant is a Roman Catholic, Baptism Certificate, along with a letter from the Parish Priest stating that the parents belong to his parish.
g) A letter from the pastor of the church stating that the parents belong to his church, only if the candidate is a Christian, but not a Roman Catholic.
h) Proof of present address (Copy of Aadhaar card / Voter ID card / Passport / Electricity bill / Water bill). Incomplete / Inaccurate proof of residence is subject to disqualification.
i) Photocopy of the Aadhaar card of the applicant and parents.
